The string of coil cars stretches east with the little caboose at the end. The train slows for a moment and the conductor hops off - note the tiny man to the far right near the loco. At that point, the caboose is morphing before my eyes into a shoving platform. |

Power Move Waiting |
| Description: |
BNSF 9233 leads this NS 963 power move north as it sits in Granite City, Illinois, currently waiting for a crew to head for Decatur, Illinois. The power ended up holding just north of here for a few hours before a road crew arrived to take the power to Decatur. Engines in consist were pretty eclectic: BNSF 9233, NS 2674, NS 7571, NS 2701, NS 7661- NS 9844, NS 2579, & NS 9533. |
