GM&O/C&G Depot
Title:  GM&O/C&G Depot
Description:  Here is the joint GM&O/C&G depot. Picture taken facing west. The track with more weeds is the C&G main and the other is the GM&O main. Both of these lines were in dark territory and the crossing was protected by the manual gate thats in the picture. The last GM&O passenger train to stop here was the Little Rebel in 1954. This station stopped being a train order station in 1974. The GM&O tracks were abandoned here in 1981 and the C&G tracks became inactive in 2002, but those tracks are still there. The depot and gate are no longer there but the concrete foundation where the gate sat is still there. Picture date is approx.
