Album Info:One of the rare delights in hanging around Dolton, Il, is to catch sight of a beat up, rusty looking, old Baltimore & Ohio caboose still working as a shoving platform. On this particular day, the B&O caboose came tail first around the CSX curve toward the Lincoln Avenue intersection. It proceeded to pull forward into a wye and wait for clearance before backing toward an industrial siding just east of the Lincoln intersection. Caboose or shoving platform, it still is great fun to watch! BTW, note the lack of any signs of snow in February in Cook County, IL! Very unusual winter!
