AMTK 8510
Description:
Amtrak 8510, named SILVER CAFE, at Canal Street in Chicago, Illinois on December 31, 1987, Kodachrome by Chuck Zeiler. Number 8510 was built by Budd on Job 9624-019 as CB&Q 193, same name, ordered in October 1945, delivered in November 1948, assigned the the California Zephyr. It became AMTK 8050, was converted to HEP in June 1980 and renumbered to 8510.
