I never heard of any railroad with catenary and passenger service (overhead wire on station platform tracks) in the Cleveland, OH area. Can you tell me more about that?

The catenary was (and is) for the Cleveland RTA's Airport High Speed Line out to Hopkins Int'l Airport. It's a really fun ride, and there's plenty of good railroading along it. The same can be said for the Shaker Heights Rapid Transit line. I was lucky enough to ride both of them in the late 1970's. Cleveland is still a great city for railfanning - lots of interesting scenery and operations, I'd say. Hope this helps.
