Spraying for mosquitos??         
NYSW 1804 and NYSW 3634 lays a smoke screen like a WWII destroyer while switching out the "MC" tracks in Ridgefield Park, NJ 8/14/2005. Since the NYSW crew isnt invading some Pacific island, could they be spraying for mosquitoes?
