NJTR 4101
NJTR 4101, a former CNJ/NJDOT unit, shoves a Hoboken bound train out of the former DL&W Kingsland station. Originally built as a GP40P in 1968 and numbered as CNJ 3672, it was renumbered into the 4100 series upon the coming of Conrail in the 1970s. Rebuilt twice, first as a GP40PH in the 1980s, and later as a GP40PH-2 in the 1990s, it is the only unit of this fleet to maintain the same NJTR 4100 number throughout the rebuildings.
