Jack M. Jakeman General Nice shot Dave. K684-26 was stopped on the siding last night at Fonda last night (CP 184.5). They received their EC-1 at about 2200hrs. Since the flooding in the area has damaged much of the signal circuitry in the area trains muct get an EC-1 granting them authority to run the tracks between QC184.5 and QC169. 9/4/2011 7:37:59 AM
