| The Boston Section of the EB Lake Shore arrives at Albany-Rensselaer with the Phase II Heritage unit. When 48 arrives at Albany the power and Boston cars cutoff the NY section just west of the overpass in the background and enter the platform area as 2 separate trains. On this day the trip for 448 would be very short as buses were running from Albany to Boston due to trackwork. So for yet another time this Summer, 448 would head for the storage yard after unloading its passengers. Albany-Rensselaer Amtrak Station. |
