Nice catch on what was by then a rare unit. The SD 60's were pretty common in the east on the D&H starting in the early 90's when they'd come in on grain trains to the Port of Albany. After a while they were showing up on everything, but most commonly on trains 265/266 from Oak Island to Buffalo, where they went onto NS for the trip to Chicago. Now, many have been rebuilt and are in the 6200 series. That's also a vanishing paint scheme, since SOO which was majority owned by CP for many years, has essentially vanished into the parent company as CP slowly eliminates all vestiges of its predecessors.
