Found this info: technically BNSF owns 4 SD38-2's (ex Frisco) and 7 SD38P's (former SD35's rebuilt to SD38-2 standards by VMV). The SD38P classification is a BNSF designation for the units that are equiped as slug mothers, and this designation carries over from the BN days. And nice photo.

The "P" designates a Paducah (VMV) rebuild. There are only two left; 1555 and 1558, which is in Albia.
