| GATX 69766 is on a siding off the CSX, former B&O line from Huntington, WV to Parkersburg, WV and points north. The safety placard is white with black lettering, with the code 2302 or perhaps 2312. This car's paint has faded to a charcoal gray color, and it has white lettering. I don't know why it's coupled to a covered hopper on each end. |
