| C&O 2321 was at the former C&O yards at Handley, WV. Date is uncertain. Unit was coupled to a U25D to the left and was close to a U30B on the right. Unit rode on EMD "Blomberg" trucks. Note the rugged West Virginia hill in the background, actually across the Kanawha River. Apologies for the poor quality as this is an old print. |
