| Among the other places we visited that weekend was Kinzua Bridge, which had been demolished by a tornado earlier in the year. There had been a rehab project going on at the time, but it had completed only a portion of the piers, which had serious corrosion from over 100 years in the harsh climate of western PA. That part of the bridge stayed up, which we see silhouetted against the cold November sky. |
