The contents, hopefully not the car!! This odd looking tank is placarded UN 1951, Argon, non flammable gas. The reporting marks belong to Air Liquide, an air products/gas producing operation, which makes sense. Argon is one of the Noble Gases, whose molecular make up is stable, and which dont normally react with other chemicals. Its bringing up the rear of M KCSH at Watts OK
