RBMN 451 interior         
Pullman 1926-built for the Southern as 60-seat coach #1649. Converted in 1955 at Hayne Shop with air conditioning, expanded washroom lounges 46-seats. arched roof, single sealed windows and renumbered 1066. Donated to Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum in 1969 ,where at some point the AC was removed and single hung windows installed. Sold at TVRM bankruptcy auction (1985?) to Waccamaw Coast Line/Carolina Southern, renumbered 1903 and named "S.A. Beasley”. Roller bearings were added in Conway SC in 2012 when sold to Iowa Pacific. Assigned to San Luis and Rio Grande, upgraded with HEP, painted in Illinois Central colors and renumbered back to #1066. Sold at auction to Reading and Northern in 2021 and renumbered 451.
