Both are GP16's built by GM-EMD. This very location was once the "Exchange Place" between the Pennsylvania Main Line Canal coming from the right and the Allegheny Portage Railroad extending to the left, up and over the eastern slope of the Allegheny Mountains visible in the distance. |
