Description:  Here is a photo by an unidentified photographer that was taken in Chicago, Illinois, c. 1946. Prominent here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #5527, a T-1 (4-4-4-4) "Duplex" built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works during November of 1945 and retired in December of 1953 after just eight years of revenue service.
