Description:  FSF. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide via Al Chione that was taken in Altoona, Pennsylvania, c. 1960. The photographer is not identified. Shown here (R to L) are Pennsylvania Railroad engines #7095, #7203, and #7243. All are EFS-17M road switchers built by GM-EMD and rated at 1,750 horsepower each. #7095 was constructed in November of 1956, #7203 in November of 1957, and #7243 in October of 1959. In this context, they're pulling a mixed-cargo freight train under the 4th Street Footbridge on its way up the Allegheny Mountains to Gallitzin and points West.
